Fire Sprinkler Service Technician

This position primarily performs on-site service calls providing troubleshooting and repairs of fire protection equipment. Additionally, this position will properly and timely prepare service ticket reports while ensuring a high level of customer service and communication. The right individual for this role will be a motivated and energetic individual who takes initiative, enjoys finding solutions to challenges, is detail-oriented, and takes extreme pride in their work. The hours for this position are typically 7 AM – 4 PM Monday through Friday. Occasional overnight travel. On-Call and after-hours work is typical of this position.

Basic Requirements/Skills:

• Install, Repair, Test & Inspect Fire Sprinkler Systems.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair.
• Properly document repair.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers and external customers.
• Ability to operate a power machine, Cut/thread pipe, rebuild backflows.
• Identify ways to reduce cost, improve productivity and quality.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools.
• Ohio Fire Sprinkler/Standpipe License holders.
